Please notify us by email within 14 days of receipt of your item if you wish to return your purchase. Our policy is to refund in full if it is returned to us undamaged and in the original condition it was sent, with the buyer paying postage costs unless otherwise agreed in advance with Artfully Sorted.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
After reading through our above Returns Policy, please send us an email to info@artfullysorted.com stating your name, reason for the return, as well as your order/invoice number. We will then provide you with further instructions on sending your purchase back.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show up on your account after receipt of the piece, as a result of varying processing times of payment providers.
