ARTIST BIO

Caroline Russell is a London-based sculptor, working mainly in clay, plaster, jesmonite and stone. Her sculptures are produced as unique pieces in various materials, or cast in strictly limited editions in foundry bronze, bronze resin, marble jesmonite or bronze jesmonite. Caroline also creates sculptural paintings and prints. The sculptural paintings are mixed media works on canvas, whilst the sculptural prints are hand-coloured collagraphs.

Caroline is a member of the Royal Society of Sculptors, and has been a professional sculptor since 1993. She graduated from Leeds University and studied sculpture privately under Patricia Finch FRSS. Her sculptures have been shown in galleries and exhibitions throughout Britain and sold to buyers from as far afield as Hong Kong Kong, New York, Switzerland and Brazil. She exhibited with us at the Affordable Art Fair, Battersea in 2020 and 2022.
