RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a bespoke art consultancy, we take pride in our 100% success rate in artworks arriving in perfect condition.

Please see our return policies below:

UK RETURNS (Excluding London)

  • 14-Day Window: Please notify us by email at info@artfullysorted.com within 14 calendar days of receipt if you wish to return your purchase.

  • Full Refund: We will refund the purchase price in full, provided the artwork is returned undamaged and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Hassle-Free Logistics: To ensure the safety of the work, we will arrange a reputable art-grade courier to collect the piece from you. The cost of this professional transit will be deducted from your final refund.

LONDON RETURNS

  • Complimentary return collection service for most items. Please notify us as above by email within 14 calendar days and as long as item in perfect condition, we will issue a full refund less initial postage costs to you.

  • Expert Handling: Our team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the artwork directly from your home or office (subject to prior agreement and location/size of the piece).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (Outside UK)

  • Final Sale: Due to the complexities and insurance risks of international art transit, all sales delivered outside of the United Kingdom are final sale and non-returnable.

  • Pre-Purchase Confidence: We are here to assist you get it right the first time. International collectors are encouraged to contact us to request high-resolution videos and/ or a complimentary digital "on-wall" mockup to visualise the piece in your space before purchase.

  • Arrival Guarantee: In the rare event of damage during transit, our global insurance covers your purchase. Please contact us immediately with photographic evidence to initiate a claim.

EXCLUSIONS (Applies to all regions)

  • Prints: As our photographic and limited edition prints are custom-printed to order, these items are non-returnable.

  • Bespoke Commissions: Any artworks created specifically to a client's requested dimensions or specifications are non-returnable.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please email info@artfullysorted.com with your name, order number, and location. We will then advise on the next steps for courier or local collection. We cannot accept return requests made after the 14-day period.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method less the cost of delivery return. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show up on your account after safe receipt of the artwork due to the differing processing times of payment providers.
