FERESHTEH STOECKLEIN

ARTIST BIO

Award winning artist Fereshteh Stoecklein began her art journey at the impressionist school of painting ‘Ecole des Arts Français’. Her husband’s career as a hotelier of a luxury chain meant living in different countries exposing her to varied artistic expressions.  Whilst in Malaysia, she was inspired by Chinese brush painting, studying under 3 masters in the art of calligraphy, Chinese ink & colour brush painting. 

Her paintings are inspired by nature, her travels and people she has observed.  A versatile artist, working across watercolours, acrylic, mixed media, as well as Chinese ink, but with every piece she finds intrinsic beauty and draws out emotion for both the viewer and artist alike.

She has exhibited extensively internationally including ‘Art Now’ Oxo Tower, London; the Autoren Galerie, Munich and  Artboxy, Venice, as well as multiple solo and group shows around the world.
